Exemplifying Sculpture House’s finest workmanship, our No. 287 is made from durable hardwood and finely polished for comfort. This sculpting tool is highly efficient for modeling larger pieces in Plastilina, moist clay and plaster.

Each end has a unique shape for manipulating your clay or other material. One end is skew-shaped, that is, having a straight edge at an approximate 45 degree angle used for cutting, smoothing and scribing (marking) flat surfaces. The tool’s opposite end is rounded for conveand concave smoothing of modeling materials.
