Requires high-quality CAT 6/7 cables for optimal performance; CAT 5e cables are NOT COMPATIBLE. For distances of 30 meters, CAT 6 cables must have a minimum wire gauge of AWG24 to avoid performance issues. The device DOES NOT support 1080p@240Hz. On 24Gbps (4×6 Gbps) 4K@120Hz monitors, it supports up to 4K@120Hz with 4:2:0 color sampling. Attempting resolutions beyond this limit results in no output. The BK-EX100C-K is plug-and-play, requiring no additional drivers or software, but your laptop or PC should have a USB C port with DP ALT Mode support for it to work.
