Irwin Hanson #8 32 Machine Screw Tap, a National Course Thread Machine Screw Tap made of Carbon Steel. It is ideal for routine maintenance, repair work and for rethreading where high accuracy and tolerance thread is not critical. The straight flutes are ground to provide rapid chip removal for efficient threading. It is designed for hand threading work in a variety of materials. The taps produce a Class 2B thread. Use drill bit #29 or 1/8″.
