True to its Oaxaquenian tradition, this FUD Oaxaca Cheese is a soft and creamy cheese with a typical, unique “hand-braided” form. Oaxaca cheese (Spanish: Queso Oaxaca) is similar to un-aged Monterey Jack, but with a mozzarella-like string cheese texture. It's similar in texture and taste but they are produced with different methods, making Oaxaca cheese slightly drier.
